TechCrunch will host its Founder Summit 2026 at the SoWa Power Station in Boston on November 4. The event pairs a main stage with a new set of six small-group roundtables designed for detailed discussion. Organizers are currently offering a 25 percent discount on tickets and a buy-one-get-one deal to attract attendees.
The roundtables allow participants to bring specific problems to the table. Attendees will work through challenges with experts and other founders. Topics range from enterprise sales and vertical strategy to artificial intelligence and creating new market categories.
Alexandra Ames, founder and chief event strategist at Blueprint Lab, leads the first session at 10:45 a.m. She will discuss how early-stage companies can approach events strategically before hiring a full-time team. The session covers choosing opportunities and stretching limited resources.
Two sessions run concurrently at 11:30 a.m. Chirag Shah, partner at Define Ventures, will address the difficulties of entering regulated industries or markets with complex buyers. Shishir Tewari, head of enterprise data engineering at Procore Technologies, will discuss how knowledge graphs and GraphRAG can make AI systems more reliable in real-world organizations.
The afternoon program begins at 1:15 p.m. with Merve Kitapci, managing partner and CGO of ADIN.AI. Her session focuses on winning major enterprise customers early, citing deals closed with L'Oreal and Vodafone before a Series A round. Andy Tang, partner at Draper Associates, follows at 1:55 p.m. He will lead a conversation on how to explain and sell products that do not fit an established category.
Linden Tibbets, CEO and founder of IFTTT, concludes the roundtable series at 2:35 p.m. He will explore how smaller teams can use AI to increase speed and output without adding headcount. The discussion will cover hiring, efficiency, and structuring an AI-enabled company.
Main stage sessions on the Build and Impact Stages will cover product-market fit, hiring, and fundraising. Toast co-founder Steve Fredette is scheduled to share founder perspectives. A live competition called So You Think You Can Pitch will allow founders to test their stories. A Networking Lounge with Braindate and a closing reception presented by Fidelity Private Shares will provide additional connection time.
