Stephen Curry scored 34 points to lead the Golden State Warriors past the Phoenix Suns 116-113 on Monday night. The game in San Francisco featured three technical fouls and one player ejection.

The Warriors used the win to extend their winning streak to five games. They had started the season 0-3 before finding their footing. Brandin Podziemski added 20 points in the victory.

Charles Bassey set a career high with 19 points and eight rebounds. His performance helped Golden State overcome a mid-game deficit. The team used its seventh different starting lineup in eight games, with Will Richard making his second start of the season.

Draymond Green was ejected with two minutes left in the third quarter. He received consecutive technical fouls after a physical dispute. Khaman Maluach pushed Green to the ground, and Green wrapped his arms around the Suns center before throwing him to the floor. Dillon Brooks entered the scuffle, and Green placed his hand on Brooks' neck. Both received technicals.

Tempers flared again with 7:26 remaining. Players grabbed each other, and security personnel had to separate them. Miles Bridges received a technical for shoving Bassey near the baseline. Bridges had 21 points, while Brooks contributed 18 points, eight rebounds, and four assists.

Devin Booker finished with 26 points and five assists for Phoenix. He fouled out with 58 seconds left in the game. Yaxel Lendeborg scored 16 points after posting a career-high 37 points in a win against the Clippers the previous night.

The Suns hosted Portland on Wednesday night. The Warriors hosted Miami on Thursday night.
